Hosta ‘Sum & Substance’ is one of the giant hostas, with is chartreuse leaves making a large mound about 30 inches tall and 5-6 feet wide!

It will tolerate some sun exposure, but ideally is likes full shade to part shade.

The lavender flowers appear in summer on stems up to 36 inches high.

As a bonus, its leaves are also slug resistant. Hardy in zones 3-9.
