Heucherella ‘Catching Fire’

Heucherella 'Catching Fire' is a good perennial for adding some bright color to some of the shady parts of your garden.

It forms a neat mound 8-10 inches high and 16-20 inches wide.

Yellow/green leaves with a rich red marking in the center fade to mahogany as the season wears on.

Cream colored flowers appear in late spring on wiry stems up to 20 inches tall.

Here in the south it is best to plant these where they get morning sun and afternoon shade or a spot ranging to mostly shade.

Hardy in zones 4-9.
