Nandina / Heavenly Bamboo
Nandina/Heavenly Bamboo is a hardy shrub graced by bright red clusters of berries that ripen in December.
Quite drought tolerant. Grows 5-8 feet tall and 3-4 feet wide. They just need to be cut back to 12 inches every three years to keep them from getting too woody.
Plant more than one for good berry production. Likes full sun to part shade.
